Welcome Baby Riley | Noblesville Newborn Session

Sometimes I get families who for some reason or another, cannot get into the studio until their little nugget is a bit older and want to still get those newborn photos. I usually aim for 8-14 day old babies but sometimes schedules don’t allow that. It could be a stint in the NICU, family sickness going around or even for religious reasons. As long as I have room, I do not turn those families away. I cannot promise those squishy newborn poses but I can promise to get him/her just the way they are.

This 4 week old baby was a dream.

In this session we planned a VERY sleepy baby time but also knew it wouldn’t last so he was calm enough to get some awake shots as well. Mom did her best to follow my guidlines for the day by keeping baby up a bit before coming in, giving him a bath & even singing to him for a bit.

The colors mom chose.. a little green, a little blue & a little cream suited him nicely.

I think this session was sweet, simple & perfect.
